VANILLA BLVD ~ based on the classic Boulevardier, we infuse gourmet vanilla flavor notes along with complementary island spices that serve to round the whiskey, deepen the sweet vermouth, and enhance Campari's elegant orange-citrus richness. If you like the original, you're going to love this infused variation.    

1PT SPICED VANILLA INFUSION...
Infusion Time: 2-3 hours
Ingredients: Vanilla Rooibos, Black Mao Feng, Decorated Rooibos, Allspice, Clove, Elderberry
Contains no sugar, gluten, dairy, GMO, or any artificial additives

MAKING THIS COCKTAIL AT HOME...
Quickly infuse your whiskey with this 1pt infusion blend (just like steeping tea, except with whiskey instead of water).  Follow the simple recipe (included) to combine your Spiced Vanilla-infused whiskey, red vermouth, and Campari in a mixing glass with ice.  Stir and strain to serve up in any glass you like.  Luxardo (or similar) cherry garnish.

VANILLA BLVD

The trick to simple delicious cocktails is rapid infusion. 1pt makes it very, very easy. Just follow these simple instructions and you're on your way to the perfect cocktail!

What You Need

• a 1pt Blend Packet
• 375ml of spirits (half a standard bottle)
• Any lidded vessel that holds at least 375ml of liquid (our 1pt Infucion Kit is purpose built for this) 

For Standard Infusions (spirits)

1. Add ALL of the contents of one (1) 1pt Infusion Blend Packet into your vessel
2. Add 375ml of spirit into the same vessel, seal lid, and set a timer for the Infusion Time listed on the back of the 1pt Infusion Blend Packet
3. Once the infusion timer expires, strain the now-infused spirit liquid, discard the used infusion blend material, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails 

For Mulling (wine)

1. Combine one 1pt Blend Packet with one standard bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan
2. Simmer (do not boil) over low heat for 20-30 mins, following recipe
3. Strain liquid and return to saucepan on lowest heat for serving, keep covered
